If i know a inmates booking# housing, bed and pod# etc Exactly how do I address the envelope so I can send that inmate a postcard? Can you send an inmate a letter if they are housed in the tents etc or postcards only?

i got a ticket for tresspassinp on a railroad track! i never even know it was illegal to walk along side of them. All i was inte=nding to do was cross over to other side, but there was fence after fence so i got further down and further down tryting to get to a road. When a officer "out of NOWHERE" stopped a friend and i, And was a conmplete creep, and rude maN. Came up smoking his cigarette and flicked it on the" FLOOR" which i was very surprised! He asked us what were doing we told him, he wouldnt let us by, instead checks our info had us standing there while hbe played on his cellphone. Than some strabnge man " homeless" is peeking out from some bushes where the officer came from. the officer giggling to himself trying to act like he dont see the guy looking at us.The "homeless man" walks up to the three of us....i ask officer do u know him he says "No.Do you? " i said "no"..(you think the man would turn around, but no he proceeds to come join) He asks us "Hey what ya guys doing over here?" the officer quickly to intteruopt, " what u doing over here sir" he pauses for min than responds " sleeping" looking at officer. ANYWAYS to make this quicker, another officer comes...we all walk to their vehicle, they arrest my friend, for a warrant for unpaid driving ticket!! has the homeless man and i standing there so long, the other officer asks stupid questions that have nothing to do with what happening. meanwhile the jerk cop in car looking over and over and over our ids! it was getting ridiculous, i was fed up! i got a clean record 20 years old a female never get in trouble, than this jerk cop wants to be dilly dallying. i just ask the other cop is he gioving me a ticket? i just wanted to leave, i was so upset! he waalks to other cop and asks him, he says yes. I Said are u serious i got no job to pay i didnt know nt to walk there, now i do., But i just said ok than. so waiting and waiting the officer still in car, so the other one brings me my ticket says i can leave. The rude cop says he gotta take my friend down to station. so the homeless guy still there weith the other cop? and earlier the cop says to the other cop laughing while checking his walkie"hey they wanna know if you finished your meat"? the jerk replies " HAHA yea right here" pointing to our ids and computer!!...........Okay is that not wierd of messed up or what? i dont know what the heck was going on between the two cops and the bum? but was strange how the bum didnt once act as if he didnt know them, he seemed a little slow though? idk. but i had the srtrangest feeling from the rude cop, all i got from him was iffy dark and bad reading iof the officer.wierd wierd wierd situaTION!! therefore what i wanna say is the officer could of let us off with a warning or i and the bum, and my friend did have a warrant, so cant say much to that. but whaT IS UP WITH THE WORLD!!!

ARPAIO IF YOU WANT TOBE SHERRIFF THEN START MAKING THE SYSTEM EASIER ON US AND STOP WORRYING ABOUT ILLEAGAL IMMIGRANTS AND DO YOU JOB RIGHT. In Maricopa county you need the inmates full name and birthdate, then you call jail info and you should get his booking # (write it down), and any imformation on charges and bonds, court dates and release dates(if he has one) Good luck to you and your baby, and your bf.
